Our Story
Michele Flisser, M.A.Ed. had completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Montclair State University, along with all of the prerequisites for Physician’s Assistant programs when she was offered a teaching position. She knew then she was blessed to find her true purpose and passion. She has been teaching ever since that first job, and they have been the most satisfying and meaningful years of her life. Since then, she has also earned a Masters in Education from Yeshiva University.
She says, “I love being part of the journey in seeing students learn, understand more, and excel, and I am excited to start working with you too!”
Founded in 2020 with a decade of educational experience under founder Michele Flisser’s belt, Phase 2 Tutoring evolved to fill the pressing need for quality online tutoring and educational coaching, especially in the gap left by homeschooling during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
With one-on-one coaching for pre-teens, teens, and young adults in social-emotional and executive functioning skills, as well as academic support for learners of all ages, Phase 2 Tutoring is more than just a tutoring company, it is a comprehensive, one-stop location for academic and personal growth that is sustainable and at your convenience.
